  • HealthyAI is a free service with subscription-based upgrades.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the App Store settings.

2. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

  • The App provides health-related analyses and alternative product suggestions based on nutrition labels and publicly available product information.
  • The information is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
  • Always consult a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified health provider before making significant dietary changes.

3. Allergy & Ingredient Data Disclaimer

  • You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients and allergen information from product packaging or the manufacturer.
  • The App does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of allergen data.
  • Information is sourced from third-party databases such as Open Food Facts and may be incomplete or outdated.
  • ⚠️ Even if a product does not list a specific allergen in the App, it may still be present due to cross-contamination or manufacturing practices.
  • We do not accept any liability for allergic reactions, injuries, or health outcomes resulting from reliance on the App's information.

4. Third-Party Services

  • The App uses third-party APIs and databases, including Open Food Facts.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party data.
  • Your use of third-party data is subject to their respective terms and data licenses.

5. User Accounts and Data

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We only collect limited user information (email if provided, and subscription status).

  • All intellectual property including logos, designs, and code is owned by HealthyAI LLC or licensed to us.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

  • We disclaim liability for:
    • Allergic reactions or health outcomes
    • Inaccurate or outdated nutritional information
    • Reliance on app recommendations
  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
